TCCI Registry

All applications for cat registrations are required to submit photos of the cat, and are subject to review by the Genetics Committee. (Genetics Committee review is required for all Foundation Stock applications.) In this way, we prevent cats which do not conform to our Traditional Breed Standards from being registered as "Traditional" examples of the breed.

How to register a Cat: Registration requires the completion of the registration form, and proving by submittion photos of the cat that it is an example of a traditional breed.

Briefly the process is as follows:

For cats already registered with another association (i.e. CFA, TICA, etc.):

Complete the registration form, and submit three clear photos of the cat, showing front and both left and right sides, a copy of the cat's registration certificate, and a three generation pedigree.

You will be required to sign a statement saying that the pedigree information is accurate, and that the cat pictured in the photos is the cat you are submitting for registration.

All applications will be reviewed by the Genetics Committee to ensure that the cat conform to TCCI's Breed Standards.

The registration fee is $7.00, and is refunded if the cat is not registerable.
